Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the concierge team to provide outstanding guest service.
• Assist with training the concierge staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Act as a resource for escalated guest concerns or unique requests, resolving them promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of guest reservations, itineraries, and service requests.
• Collaborate with the Guest Services Agents, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, attractions, and service providers to secure exclusive guest experiences.
• Stay updated on local events, trends, and guest preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
• Manage team performance by providing feedback and fostering a supportive environment.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure the concierge desk operates efficiently, including managing supplies, updating guest-facing resources, and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Contact VIPs and House arrivals 48 hours in advance of arrival to assist in scheduling reservations, activities, etc
• Perform all duties of the Guest Service Lead/Trainer role.
• Perform check-ins when all Guest Services Agents are assisting other guests.
• Exemplify all Forbes standards

Education, Skills, And Experience

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Orlando area, including attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor focused on guest satisfaction.
• Must have an in-depth knowledge of Orlando’s attractions and entertainment offerings.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front desk operations is beneficial.
• Capable of working scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays
