Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver/Set up all housekeeping related resort provided amenities to the guests upon request.
- Provide extra towels, bathrobes, toiletries other items to resort accommodations.
- Keep storage and amenities area clean, organized and stocked.
- Keep transit van clean, organized and stocked.
- Able to prioritize the requests based on the region of requests and areas.
- Greet guests, answer questions and provide directions upon request.
- Manage the apps on company provided device for timely communication.
- Perform delivery services on foot, golf cart and transit van.
- Secure lost items and turn into your manager daily
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance defects to Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills and Experience
- Experience as a housekeeping runner or willingness and aptitude to learn the role.
- Ability to interact with guests utilizing conversational English.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of performing role in a busy work environment
- Capable of working scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays
- Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines / instructions in English
- Must have valid Florida Driver’s License and meet our MVR requirements.
- Previous driving experience.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and / or reach repeatedly.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and carry, pull, and push heavy objects and materials.
- Able to be on feet and moving around for entire shift
