Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World® featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®. The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings. Evermore is building a team that will bring these experiences to life and is seeking individuals who want the challenge of building this exciting resort experience.  

Key Responsibilities:

• To be a visible and helpful presence for golfers on the golf course.
• Monitor the pace of play on the golf course, identifying slow-playing groups and taking proactive measures to improve pace without disrupting the game.
• Assist golfers with directions, course information, rules, and etiquette, ensuring an understanding of the golf course layout and regulations.
• Provide guidance and assistance to players to enhance their experience during their round.
• Enforce golf course policies and safety rules to ensure a secure and respectful environment for all golfers.
• Monitor adherence to golf course etiquette and swiftly address any breaches or inappropriate behavior.
• Report any course maintenance issues, safety hazards, or irregularities to the appropriate personnel to maintain a well-maintained and safe golf course.
• Engage with golfers in a friendly and approachable manner, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience and address their needs.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with golf shop staff, starters, and marshals to ensure smooth operations and golfer satisfaction.
• Help the golf operations team with signage and golf course setup on certain days.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Must have Golf Knowledge and be familiar with most golf terminology.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Problem solving and critical thinking.
• Inspired to always represent Evermore brand values and standards.
• Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines/ instructions in English.
• Sees the extra mile as their starting point in every interaction.
• Ability to foster relationships with teammates, potential clients, and resort guests.
• Comfortable with starting and maintaining conversations with guests and teammates.
• Maintain the resort’s integrity and prestige by complying with all golf, sales and operational standards, policies, procedures, manuals, memos and instructions.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests to enhance the scope of their experience and diffuse and resolve guests' concerns.
• Must be able to work weekends, rotating schedules and holidays.

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to safely and effectively navigate a 1100-acre resort in order to facilitate and host events and guests as required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.

Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including exposure to sun, wind, rain, and other elements.
