EVERNET Consulting is currently looking for our newest Account Manager to care and advocate for our wonderful and beloved clients. The Account Manager is charged with developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing client accounts with the goal of solving as many of their problems by aligning our services and products to meet those needs.


We are a small but growing IT support and services company providing world class service to clients located all over the United States. EVERNET is based in Hartford, CT and most of our clients are based in the New England market but we are growing to reach clients across the entire country. While we are based in Hartford, your work will require no travel and is 100% remote. Most of our clients are in the professional services sectors like legal, finance and accounting, and healthcare, but not limited to these industries.

 

The ideal candidate must live in NH or CT as well as have Autotask AND Account Management experience.


The following list of duties describes our next Account Manager:


  • - Build, keep and take responsibility for strong and trusting relationships with all clients. 
  • - Build strong trusting relationships with all internal resources (co-workers). 
  • - Closely interact with all internal resources to provide the best possible service to clients. 
  • - Regularly engage clients by phone, person and all forms of communication. 
  • - Present self with total professionalism internally and externally. 
  • - Maintain knowledge of and accurate information pertaining to client, to include contacts, mailing and physical addresses, and current products and services in use.  
  • - Review products and services delivered, ensure accurate billing and quality of service. 
  • - Provide solicited and unsolicited Quotations for Products, Services, Projects, Engagements, etc. (Inside Sales) 
  • - Manage, negotiate and execute client agreements and contracts.  
  • - Monitor and maximize engagement of client relationship. 
  • - Conduct Account, Business, and Contract Reviews as necessary, no less than every 365 days. 
  • - Participate and contribute to a productive and positive work atmosphere. 
  • - Be a positive representative of EVERNET at all times. 
  • - Protect aggressively the reputation of EVERNET. 
  • - Maximizing the profit position of the relationships of clients. 
  • - Meet performance goals as set by management.  
  • - Continue learning about all available revenue opportunities currently offered or not yet offered by EVERNET. 
  • - Continue seeking a mastery of EVERNET’s business model(s) (ITSP, MSP, VAR, etc) and participate in the continuation and refinement of EVERNET’s future. 
  • - Develop and maintain proficiency whilst seeking mastery of business tools and systems required and used by EVERNET. 
  • - Be awesome… always.
