Evernorth Specialty Pharmacy is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, Senior Representative. The Administrative Assistant, Senior Representative will support multiple senior directors within Patient & Client Services as needed as well as assist in the coordination of events, workshops, etc., This position requires excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Juggle multiple projects across multiple departments with superb accuracy
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for multiple leaders
- Coordinate travel itineraries and complete expense reports for multiple leaders
- Assist with planning team events, meetings, etc. onsite and offsite
- Coordinate and lead employee engagement meetings and events
- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Create Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of hands-on administrative support experience
- Experience with Concur preferred
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
- Ability to maintain confidential information and employee records with the utmost discretion in the handling of information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Good research skills with attention to detail
- Flexible and reliable
- Extremely organized
- Strong sense of urgency
