The Graphic Content Developer supports Evernorth sales and client retention.
This Role Is Responsible For
- Developing visually compelling graphic content for digital and print use, including infographics, charts/graphs, and PowerPoint slides
- Collaborating with sales, account management teams, marketing, and subject matter experts to understand business needs and proactively enhance our story with effective graphic storytelling
- Partnering with project managers and writers to incorporate graphic work as part of overall sales package
- Digesting pertinent company initiatives, solutions, and processes to translate them into compelling visual storytelling aids
- Recommending new approaches to design work, digital engagement strategies, and team processes
- Maintaining a meticulous focus on quality to prevent errors and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently meeting deadlines
- Participating or leading process improvement work and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Following creative direction, working in a group dynamic, and actively participating in any given project or team to which assigned
- Navigating a highly matrixed organization with a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; fine arts for graphic artist a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience
- MS Office skills required, with expert skills in PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Highspot and SharePoint a plus
- A portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work
- Digital marketing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Copy editing/writing experience are a plus
- Health insurance industry experience a plus
