Job Description

The Product Integration Specialist is responsible for integrating different software systems for clients and ensuring seamless data flow between various teams. The Product Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between internal teams, third-party vendors and clients. This team member will identify necessary integration points between products and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful integration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors providing integration solutions.
  • Customize integrations based on specific client requirements.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure proper functionality and assist in resolving issues before launch.
  • Document and design implementation procedures for future reference.
  • Monitor emerging trends and advancements in software integration technologies.

Qualification & Required Skills

  • Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions for software systems and applications.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, CVS and XML file formats.
  • Familiarity with utilizing SFTPs.

Other Skills / Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software integration.
