We're seeking a Pre Sales Representative (PSR) to join our team. The PSR will engage potential clients in phone conversations on the front end of the sales process while qualifying them to continue the quoting process with an agent. The mission of PSRs is to ensure each client is ready to be connected with an agent to complete the quoting process and then introduce and connect the client with an agent.
This role is a fully remote work from home opportunity.
What you'll do :
- Making outbound dials or answering inbound calls and engaging leads in conversation
- Using your strong communication skills to build a rapport with potential clients
- Making quick decisions to qualify the potential client and transfer to a live agent
- Taking the lead in introducing the potential client with the appropriate agent
- Working to reach weekly goals and quality transfer rates
- Pivoting quickly with script, consumer engagement and process changes

Compensation :
13.00 / hr up to $200 weekly incentive
