Role Description
Growing Chicagoland based company seeks to fill the position of Sales, Project Management, and Technical Support based in the Greater Chicago Area and includes potential travel throughout the Midwest.
This is a full-time role with a growing Floor Coatings Installation Contractor. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales, project/crew management, technical support, and coordinating coating installations of various systems of Epoxies, Urethane Cements, Methyl Methacrylate's, Polyaspartic’s, polyurethanes etc..
- ALL leads provided. No cold calling.
- Sales Focus & Ownership: Take full ownership of the estimating and sales process, driving projects forward with attention to every detail and a focus on project management,
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, turning initial interactions into long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the successful delivery of flooring installation by ensuring materials are on-site and installation crews have everything they need.
- Troubleshooting any installation challenges that may arise.
- Sales Tools: Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and analyze account activities,
- Qualifications/ What We’re Looking For:
· Great character and exceptional people skills
· 5 Years experience in B2B, end-user sales in the resinous flooring coatings installation sector, commercial and industrial is highly desirable.
· Sales and Project Management experience and skills
· Technical support and Coatings Installation experience
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Extensive Knowledge of the forementioned concrete coatings
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Oversee the successful delivery of product installation by ensuring raw materials are on-site, construction crews have everything they need.
- Troubleshooting any installation issues that may arise.
- Strong attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in project execution and sales processes.
- Ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to juggle multiple projects and sales opportunities.
- Self-Starter: A proactive and independent professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to read plans, drawings and use takeoff software is strongly advised.
- Possess a Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation: Required for regional travel.
- Must pass a background check to join our team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 and based on experience
- Commissions
