Role Overview : The Business Development Specialist will work closely with Business Development Managers to drive business development goals and strategies for the Insurance, Capital Markets, and Financial Services practices.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Knowledge Building : Learn about relevant practice group capabilities and identify opportunities for cross-selling within the firm.
- Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop a strategic growth plan for the practice groups.
- Execution : Coordinate across practice groups, sectors, and geographies to achieve growth objectives.
- Market Insight : Stay updated on industry trends and their impact on growth opportunities.
- Brand Building : Assist in building the firm's brand and profile through go-to-market initiatives.
- Client Growth Support : Support the growth of clients within the practice groups.
- Collaborative Projects : Participate in cross-sector, cross-practice group initiatives.
- Marketing : Contribute to the development of pitches, pursuits, and marketing collateral.
- Infrastructure Management : Support infrastructure needs such as communications, meetings, and financial reporting.
