What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 Summer Project Management Office Intern position at Eversource Energy Service Company?
Essential Functions:
Develop analytic reporting that enables business insights and improve decision-making
Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
Connecting data sources, import and cleanse data, and transform data for use
Determine historical spending trends to inform future project estimations
Data mine historical projects, identifying amount spent per project role
Build database of role/project spend and reporting to inform future project estimations
Assist Information Technology Project Managers by updating Microsoft Project Plans with meta-data to align to the new Project Portfolio Management application
Designs, develops, and manages various surveys related to process improvement and other data gathering efforts.
Technical Knowledge:
PowerBI or Tableau experience
Proficient with Excel (formulas, connecting files and data aggregation)
Effectively communicate ideas and directions, both written and orally
Education:
Must be enrolled in a degree program for Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Science/Analytics
