What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 SUMMER PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE INTERN position at Eversource Energy?
We currently seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, problem solving student with an opportunity for a paid internship position on the Information Technology Project Management Office team where you will learn about Project Management and Data Analytics.
Essential Functions :
- Develop analytic reporting that enables business insights and improve decision-making
- Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
- Connecting data sources, import and cleanse data, and transform data for use
- Determine historical spending trends to inform future project estimations
- Data mine historical projects, identifying amount spent per project role
- Build database of role / project spend and reporting to inform future project estimations
- Assist Information Technology Project Managers by updating Microsoft Project Plans with meta-data to align to the new Project Portfolio Management application
- Designs, develops, and manages various surveys related to process improvement and other data gathering efforts.
