Eversource Energy seeks a highly experienced and skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect Lead to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity function, you will be responsible for managing the activities of a team of Application Security specialists across multiple projects.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of Application Security specialists to ensure the successful adoption of required security approaches and capabilities.
- Cultivate a security culture with product technology and business colleagues, building a vision around the next level of security maturity for application developers.
- Serve as an application security thought leader, sharing best practices and expertise with the Eversource development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive ideation, adoption, and implementation of technical methods within various teams.
- Collaborate with the Eversource development team to ensure seamless integration of security approaches and capabilities.
- Maintain expertise in multiple security domains, including mobile, application security, vulnerability reduction, data protection, encryption, logging, and monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related experience.
- 10 years of related experience, including 5 years of Senior-level cyber security experience.
- Experience working in regulated industries, leveraging technology standards, frameworks, compliance, and industry-recognized best practices/standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI, SOC, CIP).
