About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect Eversource Energy's applications, systems, and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the successful adoption of required security approaches and capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on security objectives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices, threat modeling, and risk assessment to development teams.
- Maintain close relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed about emerging trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related experience.
- 10 years of related experience, including 5 years of Senior-level cyber security experience.
- Experience working in regulated industries, leveraging technology standards, frameworks, compliance, and industry-recognized best practices/standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI, SOC, CIP).
