What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Architect position at Eversource Solutions LLC?
We are looking for a Solutions Architect for a 6-month engagement to assist our team in fully implementing customer experience (CX) platforms and in designing and executing a migration from a traditional intranet to a modern employee experience (EX) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing and agile development methodologies. They will also be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with UX team members and stakeholders to incorporate feedback into system design and configuration.
- Assisting our Manager of Digital Experience Platforms with designing and developing CX and EX platforms using cloud computing technologies
- Working with development teams to implement CX and EX platforms
- Testing and deploying CX and EX platforms
- Monitoring and optimizing CX and EX platforms
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a solutions or technology architect
- Significant experience with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of Service Management platforms, CX platforms and/or EX platforms
- Knowledge of basic UX/UI design principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
