Our Team
As the IT Team Lead of IAM (Identity and Access Management) Product Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the foundational program for identity access management within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the integration and operational strategies of our SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk solutions, ensuring that all access requests and controls are efficiently processed. You will lead a dedicated team of IAM professionals, driving the successful implementation of IAM policies, procedures, and technologies to foster a secure and compliant access environment. This role demands a strategic mindset and a keen understanding of IAM frameworks, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build synergies between the IAM technologies.
Essential Functions:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IAM operations team responsible for the ongoing management and support of SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
IAM Strategy & Program Management:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for IAM initiatives, in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the daily operations of the IAM program, ensuring efficient management of access requests, user provisioning, and de-provisioning processes.
Integration & Synergy Building:
- Manage the integration points between SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk, ensuring seamless coordination of user identities and privileged access management.
- Facilitate ongoing enhancements and synergies between IAM tools to optimize workflows and security measures.
Governance & Compliance:
- Establish and enforce IAM governance policies and standards to mitigate risks associated with unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and frameworks including SOX, NIST, HIPAA, etc., through regular audits and assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business units to understand access needs and align IAM initiatives with operational requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for IAM product-related queries, providing expert guidance on best practices and strategic direction.
Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Technical Knowledge/Skill:

Proficiency in SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk, with hands-on experience in their configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with other IAM tools and frameworks, including Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and user lifecycle management.

Security and Compliance Understanding:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity governance, and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in IAM, including auditing and governance processes.

Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of automation principles and integration tasks.
- Experience with identity management systems and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex IAM issues, articulate solutions, and implement strategic plans.
- Strong project management capability, with experience in Agile methodologies preferred.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related technical field or equivalent experience
Experience:
- A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in the field of information technology.
- Strong working knowledge of information systems security standards and practices.
- Experience with one or more of the following: security monitoring, database security, policy and procedure, Active Directory, application security, security awareness, or related information security subject area.
Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
- Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
