Everstaff is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Reps (Spanish speaking) for a reputable company in the Sherwood, AR area!

Responsibilities:
- Listening to the questions of the customers and advising them about the products or services.
- Capturing data from the patient
- Allotting time to each customer equally.
- Dealing with medical insurance companies.
- Answering the phone calls and email inquires.
- Advising the customers about insurance plans.
- Scheduling appointments for the Patients
Requirements:
- Committment to providing excellent service and compassionate care
- 2-5 years experience in customer service - call center or health care experience is a Plus
- High shool diploma or equivalent
- Strong commununication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
