Base Salary : $70 - $80k plus commission

Monday through Friday 1st shift
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, and agreements.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
- Manage client cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate progress.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, other attorneys, and legal professionals.
- Stay current with changes in law and regulations to provide up-to-date advice.
