We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Representatives for our client in Daytona Beach! You will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and resolving claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Review, evaluate, and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate claim records in internal systems.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices related to claims processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
