Everstaff is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager for a client in Carrollton, TX.
This role focuses on leveraging strong communication and analytical skills to drive sales, maintain client relationships, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and skilled in fostering client relationships while contributing to overall team success.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 annually (including bonuses and commission opportunities)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Location: On-site, with no travel requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing product sales with assigned accounts.
- Develop tailored action plans to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls, comprising approximately 70% of the workday.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to suggest solutions and foster account growth.
- Support retail customers by maintaining stock replenishment aligned with market trends.
- Analyze account performance and recommend strategies for sustained category growth.
- Address customer needs, resolve objections, and demonstrate value to achieve goals.
- Assist customers in seasonal assortment planning and key item purchasing.
- Maintain detailed customer profiles using CRM tools to nurture long-term relationships.
- Manage challenging customer interactions professionally while honoring commitments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-based sales.
- Proven ability to prospect and engage clients via phone, email, and text.
- Strong technical proficiency, including the use of CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Background in inside sales, retail distribution, or wholesale distribution is a plus.
