19 - $20 hourly
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products and services.
- Assist clients in selecting the appropriate insurance policies.
- Review and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
