Pay Rate : $20.00 / hr. - $27.00 / hr. BOE
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler III to join our manufacturing team. This role requires advanced skills in machinery operation, blueprint interpretation, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly and Machinery Operation :
Set up and operate various machinery, including presses, mills, lathes, gang drills, shears, brakes, saws, and grinders, to produce parts within tight tolerances.
Use inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure the quality of completed work.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance and safety checks.
Complete required daily time sheets and work orders, aiming to maintain a labor efficiency rate of 85%.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members (Mechanical Assemblers I and II).
Aid in creating and refining manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
5 years in a manufacturing assembly environment.
