We are hiring for an Outside Sales Representative for a company based out of Germany. This position is remote and requires experience within the hydraulics, fluid power systems, and forging industries.

  • Fully remote with extensive travel within the United States.
  • Make your own hours! Full time role with great benefits. 100% employee paid benefits.
  • Base Salary up to $84k plus commission and 2 yearly bonuses.
  • Company provided credit card.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the hydraulics, fluid power systems, and forging industries.
  • Actively pursue leads through networking, trade shows, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to pinpoint potential clients and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team to develop and implement strategies aimed at closing sales.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present products, provide demonstrations, and close deals.
  • Act as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align sales efforts, exchange market insights, and track progress on shared goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years in outside sales within the hydraulics, fluid power systems, or forging industries.
  • Solid understanding of industrial equipment, hydraulics, and forging applications.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical product specifications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory and occasionally internationally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and international teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
