We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney for our client in Los Angeles! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and will be responsible for handling all aspects of pre-litigation matters, including client consultations, case evaluations, demand letters, settlement negotiations, and administrative agency filings.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough case evaluations, legal research, and analysis of employment law claims.Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes related to workplace disputes.Draft demand letters, responses to administrative complaints, and other pre-litigation correspondence.Represent clients in negotiations with opposing parties, including mediation and settlement discussions.File and manage claims with administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and state labor boards.Work closely with clients to gather necessary documentation and evidence to support their claims.Develop legal strategies to resolve employment disputes efficiently and favorably.Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations to provide accurate legal guidance.Collaborate with litigation attorneys to transition cases into formal litigation when necessary.Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar License in California.2 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on pre-litigation matters.Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state-specific labor laws.Excellent negotiation, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work under deadlines.Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.Experience with administrative proceedings and agency filings is preferred.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status or any other protected status under the law.
