We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Direct hire. The company has great tenure as all of their employees have been there for 8 years.
Fully on site in Bolivar, OH.
50 - $60k base salary plus 10-20% commission.

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communication.
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored product solutions to close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction.
