Job Description
We are seeking Senior Case Manager for our client in Burbank! You will be responsible for maintaining a client focused approach to help navigate cases.

33-$45 / hour

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather pertinent information and assess individual needs.
Develop and execute tailored case management plans to address the unique circumstances of each client.
Maintain detailed and accurate case records using legal case management software.
Monitor and track case progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
Coordinate and schedule medical appointments and related services for clients.
Oversee property damage claims from initial filing to resolution.
Provide exceptional support and communication to clients throughout the case process.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in personal injury law, particularly managing cases involving catastrophic injuries.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with legal case management systems.
Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
Strong understanding of personal injury law and medical terminology.
