Details :
Schedule : Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm
Annual Salary : up to 100k annually DOE. There is an annual bonus.

Responsibilities :
- Manage firewalls, data security systems, and network monitoring / alerting solutions to ensure data and communications are secure, while proactively identifying and alerting on issues.
- Identify, document, and validate compliance with network and infrastructure security best practices.
- Plan and implement new systems, upgrades, and patching while adhering to best practices.
- Provide guidance on the expansion of current infrastructure, including cloud opportunities, to meet evolving business demands.
- Maintain networking, storage, and computer infrastructure with a focus on minimal downtime.
- Monitor infrastructure and make recommendations to enhance network performance for all systems.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate networking issues to IT team members.
- Recommend and implement disaster recovery procedures and solutions.
- Continuously expand knowledge of security, networking, and infrastructure best practices to offer optimal solutions and protection for company systems.
- Mentor staff in their project initiatives.
