We are looking for a dynamic FP&A Analyst to play a crucial role in our finance team. This is a hybrid role. The FP&A Analyst will generate strategic insights and compile extensive reports through advanced reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will also be essential in managing financial records and providing insightful financial analysis. - What does the benefits package look like?
- Accrue vacation at the rate of three weeks per year, plus two floating holidays to use, plus 10 paid holidays when Everstand is closed. That is over 30 days of time off per calendar year!

- What does this job do specifically?
- ·Develop and maintain dynamic and interactive reports and dashboards
- Develop and track key financial and operational metrics and trends to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement, actionable insights
- · Assist the Finance Team in developing budgets with channel owners.
- · Analyze budget and forecast opportunities to improve financial performance.
- · Assist the team during the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- · Conduct ad-hoc business performance reporting.
What experience and education do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- · The ability to use SAGE is a plus
- · Strong understanding of operational metrics
- · Excellent data visualization skills
- · Strong communication skills. Ability to present findings to the Executive Team
- · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- · Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Required Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Two to three years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, business intelligence, Excel Modeling, and Scenario Planning.
