Eversys Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland, is positioning itself to become the leading commercial espresso machine supplier in North America.
Position based in person / hybrid Northvale, NJ
Responsibilities : Inside Sales
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Gaining sales appointments with Operators
- Answering potential customers' questions and conducting sales presentations.
- Understand and demonstrate features of products and services.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and prospective customers.
- Support Key Account installations with follow up to meet client expectations.
- Follow up with clients after Installation. Update Operator information in CRM. Educate on Operational resources.
- Contact Operators with expiring service contracts to explain new scheduled maintenance packages.
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
