Eversys Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland, is positioning itself to become the leading commercial espresso machine supplier in North America.

Position based in person / hybrid Northvale, NJ

Responsibilities : Inside Sales

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Gaining sales appointments with Operators
  • Answering potential customers' questions and conducting sales presentations.
  • Understand and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and prospective customers.
  • Support Key Account installations with follow up to meet client expectations.
  • Follow up with clients after Installation. Update Operator information in CRM. Educate on Operational resources.
  • Contact Operators with expiring service contracts to explain new scheduled maintenance packages.
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.

Community Engagement

  • Understand Strategic Channels needs and applications on espresso beverages and service.
  • Understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Making outbound outreaches (email / chat / phone / text) to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Obtain metrics of weekly engagements in targeted channels
  • Digital Marketing / CRM (Salesforce.com) Campaigns

  • Create content to support the initiatives for campaigns
  • Create shareable content for N.A. social media networks of LinkedIn
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, products, industry, and customer channels both with customers, industry associations and targeted new audiences.
  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and comprehend Product Knowledge
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (Salesforce.com) and Technology Meeting Systems.
  • Proven discipline in Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Developed Collaboration skills working cross functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Skilled in various Adobe software to create comprehensive design materials.
  • Strong communication skills, listening, written and verbal.
  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
