$71,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients
• Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care
• Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs
• Provide individual therapy to women, addressing a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more
• Collaborate with other therapists to share insights, develop innovative approaches, and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical consultations to support ongoing professional growth
• Crisis intervention and follow-up to ensure clients are receiving the best care
• Be part of a practice that values work-life balance, fun, and personal growth

• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting

• LICENSED LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Florida
• A passion for helping women navigate their mental health journeys
• Strong clinical skills in trauma-informed care, EMDR, or other evidence-based modalities
