Compensation:$71,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients
- Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care
- Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs
- Provide individual therapy to women, addressing a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more
- Collaborate with other therapists to share insights, develop innovative approaches, and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Participate in regular team meetings and clinical consultations to support ongoing professional growth
- Crisis intervention and follow-up to ensure clients are receiving the best care

- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting
- LICENSED LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Florida
- A passion for helping women navigate their mental health journeys
- Strong clinical skills in trauma-informed care, EMDR, or other evidence-based modalities
