The Position:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager. Commercial Lines Account Managers at Evertree are more than just Customer Service. Like any insurance agency, they manage house accounts and support our Sales Executives with New Business and renewal accounts. But most importantly, Commercial Lines Account Managers at Evertree strive to be insurance experts, by ensuring that each of their clients has the proper coverage that they need, all while delivering a best-in-class insurance experience.

The Day-To-Day:
- Service Commercial Line accounts, including reviewing and processing new and renewal policies, preventing gaps or lapses in coverage.
- Process endorsements received from insurance carriers.
- Provide knowledge of insurance coverages, products, markets, and industry to analyze client needs and exposures.
- Evaluate risk to determine carrier placement and application processing.
- Review applications, renewal requests, and endorsements for accuracy/compliance with underwriting authority.
- Maintains all client activity in the agency automation system documenting all correspondence.
- Adhere to Commercial Lines Best Practices including written confirmation of new and renewal binding, evidence of coverage, changes to coverage.
- Process client requests and communicate in a timely manner.
- Process commercial line binders following agency procedures.
- Rate and calculate endorsements, cancellations, additional/returned premiums.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Minimum 1-2 years Commercial Lines Service Experience.
- High school graduate or GED, college preferred.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products, EZLynx software preferred.
