We’re looking for a passionate Property & Casualty licensed Account Manager to join our team.

A Personal Lines Account Manager is required to keep up in a fast-paced industry and provide top-notch service to clients, partners, and carriers. Problem-solving skills and critical thinking are a must so that every interaction is pleasant, efficient and ends with the appropriate outcome. The Day-To-Day :

  • Keep up in this fast-paced industry and service insurance policies, while maintaining client relationships
  • Quoting and issuing all personal lines policies
  • Balance incoming cases from email, phone calls, and internal requests
  • Notate client files effectively from an errors and omissions standpoint so a team member has sufficient information when taking over the file
  • Recognize when to properly follow up with clients, carriers, and partners
  • Analyze how to handle specific situations to avoid bigger issues
  • Knowledge of multiple insurance carrier portals
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player

  • Over 3 years of industry experience gained through working at an independent / brokerage agency

    Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
