About the Role
Evertree Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Property & Casualty licensed Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients, partners, and carriers in the fast-paced personal lines industry.
The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience acquired through working at an independent agency or brokerage, with expertise in multiple insurance carrier portals and knowledge of epic insurance software, EZLynz, or a comparative rater.
Responsibilities include quoting and issuing all personal lines policies, balancing incoming cases from email, phone calls, and internal requests, notating client files effectively from an errors and omissions standpoint, recognizing when to properly follow up with clients, carriers, and partners, analyzing how to handle specific situations to avoid bigger issues, and maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License (Required)
- More than 3 years of personal lines experience
