Job Description
We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with expertise in multiple insurance carrier portals and knowledge of epic insurance software, EZLynz, or a comparative rater.
Responsibilities include quoting and issuing all personal lines policies, balancing incoming cases from email, phone calls, and internal requests, notating client files effectively from an errors and omissions standpoint, recognizing when to properly follow up with clients, carriers, and partners, analyzing how to handle specific situations to avoid bigger issues, and maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License (Required)
- More than 3 years of personal lines experience
- Experience working with epic insurance software, EZLynz, or a comparative rater
