Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Service insurance policies while maintaining strong client relationships
- Quote and issue personal lines policies efficiently
- Balance incoming cases from various sources, including email, phone calls, and internal requests
- Accurately note client files to ensure seamless handovers
- Determine optimal follow-up strategies with clients, carriers, and partners
- Analyze situations to prevent potential issues
- Maintain knowledge of multiple insurance carrier portals
- Promote a positive attitude and foster teamwork
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in personal lines acquired through working at an independent agency or brokerage
- Experience with epic insurance software, EZLynx, or comparative raters
