Part Time Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Provide marketing and brand support to all Everts Air brands as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Compensation $24.00 p/hr.

Essential Functions

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), and content management systems
• Experience with basic photography and graphic design tools
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a knack for data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, works well with a team and individually
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
