Job Summary
Provide marketing and brand support to all Everts Air brands as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Compensation $24.00 p/hr.

Essential Functions
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), and content management systems
- Experience with basic photography and graphic design tools
- Excellent critical thinking skills and a knack for data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, works well with a team and individually
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
