Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
Utilize procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5-9 years of experience in procurement.
Proven track record in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in procurement tools and systems (e.g., Dynamics, SAP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
CIPS, CPM or similar certifications preferred.
