JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a Solar Department Administrative Assistant who is dedicated to delivering top-notch services and innovative solutions. As the leading electrical construction contractor in Las Vegas, Reno and Mesa, Bombard Electric's projects range from mega-resorts and convention centers to tenant improvements and photovoltaic solar projects. Administrative Assistant's provide support on the planning and coordination of activities related to current projects.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years' experience in providing administrative support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pulls insurance for construction projects.
  • Pulls permits for projects and track permit status.
  • Document Control - i.e. scans and saves as build drawings, permits, etc.
  • Receives service calls and schedules technicians.
  • Updates and maintains bid tracking sheet.
  • Assists with aging report and payment collection.
  • Files and maintains project folders.
  • Updates internal manpower and job list.
  • Assists with job close out documents.
  • Assists with submittals.
  • Contacts General Contractor's for verification of union projects.
  • Responsible, from start to finish, of the purchase order process.
  • Updates estimating calendar.
  • Assists with receiving T&M tickets from the field, verifying accuracy and preparing to bill.
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
