Job Summary
Provide general clerical support, documentation, checking and assistance in office.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- One to three years of office experience
- Entry level accounting required
- keen attention to detail
- Most be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Phone etiquette
- Reception front desk multi - phone operation
- May perform clerical functions which include filing, copying, binding reports, typing, etc.
- Perform general accounting admin assistance fir accounts payable and drop ships
- filing, cataloguing, recording, and checking documentation, invoices, correspondence, etc.
- operating related business machines-phones, copier, facsimile, printer, computer, etc.
- Will use Microsoft Office Suite applications to perform various tasks.
- Provide mail service for assigned location. Includes sorting, weighing, posting outgoing mail/packages; distributing inter office/ project mail, etc.
- Order and receive packages, office supply deliveries, etc. as required. Store/ coordinate storage of such items.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Potential of annual bonus after one full year of employment
