Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and achieve business growth
- Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to continuously refine the marketing roadmap and vision and product roadmap in support of marketing
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, tradeshows, and other marketing efforts across channels
- Develop, track, and execute the annual go-to-marketing plans including functional operating plans and budgets, ensuring cross functional alignment and a data-led approach to drive maximum return-on-investment across a matrix of choices (i.e., funnel, geography, customer, product, channel, etc.)
- Develop analytics and KPIs across all business lines, events, and programs
- Analyze target marketing information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
- Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department's operating budget
- Collaborate with executive leadership team, sales team, and operations team to ensure alignment and support of marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Oversee the development and breadth of talent in the marketing team, including clear career paths and proactive succession planning
- Contribute to the development of metrics and communication tools to effectively manage market or product segment strategies at all levels of the organization
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and support business development efforts
- Actively promote and cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture. Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience supporting and driving marketing activities at a fast-growing company
- Experience leading and training a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience
- Experience with marketing and monetizing data, insights, and driving an integrated messaging strategy and roadmap
- Track record of executing integrating marketing initiatives that build brand identity and deliver on the brand proposition

- Ability to lead large-scale projects spanning across departments and teams, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic growth
- Ability to resolve problems or situations requiring the exercise of good judgment

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
