The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies and initiatives
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans
- Oversee the marketing budget and all marketing-related activities and projects
- Guide the overall marketing direction based on market research and analysis
- Enhance brand presence and identity and boost customer engagement
- Develop and maintain the company’s marketing strategies align with business goals and market trends
- Develop and manage all marketing-related KPIs, maintaining regular internal reporting to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to identify new opportunities, drive growth, ensure effectiveness, and improve campaign performance
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, including clear career paths and proactive succession planning
- Oversee and manage of external marketing firms and PR agencies
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and support business development efforts
- Actively promote and cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture. Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing and creative teams
- Proven track record of successfully initiating, leading and managing marketing campaigns
- Successful track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies for B2B and B2C markets.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to lead large-scale projects spanning across departments and teams, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic growth
- Ability to resolve problems or situations requiring the exercise of good judgment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft TEAMS, design, and email software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire teams
- Good understanding of market research practices, marketing strategies, and brand-building
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making
