Representative Responsibilities
- Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
- Perform account reconciliations and bank settlements
- Coordinate month-end close and prepare monthly and year-end journal entries
- Support and coordinate internal financial audits and audit preparation for external accounting services
- Forecast expenses for budgeting and cash flow projections
- Assist in vendor management and execution against existing and new contracts
- Overall responsibility for AP, AR, Payroll, and utilization reports
- Assist with tax related documentation supporting external taxation services
- Monitor organizational spend to identify trends for potential cost reduction
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports
- Assist in the development of guidelines and procedures driving continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6 years of proven success in accounting, preferably in a corporate setting
- 6 years of experience with Financial Management and/or ERP Software (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred)
- 6 years of experience with GAAP and financial reporting

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
