Responsibilities
EverWatch Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to serve as a team facilitator for several agile software development, modernization, and sustainment projects in support of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground Station (AF DCGS) National Mission Partner (NMP) Family of Systems (Fos). In this role, the Scrum Master will coordinate closely with the Development and Sustainment Task Leads to adopt an iterative, agile framework to help with team capacity and establish an efficient and effective velocity. The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile management activities to include daily stand ups, Jira and Kanban Board maintenance, Sprint Reviews / Planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, workflow management, and other ceremonies to support team activities. This position is for full time support and allows for remote / hybrid work with a well-established team in support of evolving government requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- TS / SCI clearance with polygraph (able to start prior to obtaining clearance)
- 14 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Scrum Master in contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- 5 years' experience supporting an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, and / or Release Manager
