Qualifications

You Have:

• 20 years of experience in systems engineering, including systems architecture and design, requirements analysis and management
• Experience leading a software engineering team in developing requirements, supporting documentation, and conducting testing
• Experience with agency standard data transport implementations, including ITX and NiFi
• Experience using project management frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, and Agile
• Experience integrating and utilizing RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange
• Experience with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
• Knowledge of software and hardware processes in a Radio Frequency (RF) environment
• Ability to work in collaborative and dynamic environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years experience as a Systems Engineer in lieu of degree
