Qualifications
You Have:
- 20 years of experience in systems engineering, including systems architecture and design, requirements analysis and management
- Experience leading a software engineering team in developing requirements, supporting documentation, and conducting testing
- Experience with agency standard data transport implementations, including ITX and NiFi
- Experience using project management frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, and Agile
- Experience integrating and utilizing RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange
- Experience with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
- Knowledge of software and hardware processes in a Radio Frequency (RF) environment
- Ability to work in collaborative and dynamic environment
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years experience as a Systems Engineer in lieu of degree
