Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver at Everwell Home Care, you will provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping responsibilities, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure clients take their prescribed medications as directed.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands when necessary.
- Follow individualized care plans and document services rendered.
Qualifications
- No experience as a caregiver needed. Will train.
- Reliable transportation
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and transferring clients
