What are the responsibilities and job description for the LMT position at Every Body Massage?
About us
Every Body Massage is a small business in Hillsboro, OR. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients and LMT's to engage and work together in a family like environment. I have a great base of amazing clients and have been unable to take new clients for a few years. This lead me to expand and take on new LMT's. This is a new business and is still growing. This is not the type of job you get into and are busy right away. Building a client base takes time and effort. I will provide advertising, referrals, marketing and other means to bring clients in. It is still the responsibility of the LMT to bring in new clients as best they can to fill their schedule. This is your business, these are your clients.
Being open to credentialing (or already being credentialed) and accepting insurance clients is a bonus. We get a lot of insurance clients. I will take care of all the billing involved. The pay is 60% of total reimbursement plus 100% of tips. I pay all CC processing fees so you receive 100% of your reimbursement. I will not ask you to clean (other than cleaning up after yourself) or perform any other household duties. We have a washer and dryer on site for your use. Unscented laundry soap is also provided.
