About the Role
Our mental health clinicians work with children and adolescents to help them overcome a range of behavioral and emotional challenges. This may involve working in various settings, such as the classroom or family home, and using a variety of techniques, including relationship-based support and an understanding of systemic needs.
You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and supportive services available to children and families
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with solutions-focused and family systems therapy models
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
