What we offer:
- A competitive salary (depending on licensure and experience) that includes a $2,250 differential for being bilingual in English and Spanish
- PLUS a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out in three installments over the course of your first year of employment
Location:
3 days per week at the ECP Thornton Clinic – 9197 Grant St, Suite 200, Thornton, CO 80219, and 2 days per week at the ECP Samaritan House Downton Denver Clinic – 2301 Lawrence St, Denver, CO 80205.
Responsibilities:
The Behavioral Health Provider will primarily focus on working with children from birth – 6 years old and their families by providing prevention, promotion, and intervention activities. This includes being trained in and offering HealthySteps, an evidence-based, interdisciplinary pediatric primary care program that promotes nurturing parenting, healthy development for babies and toddlers, and improved outcomes over time. The Behavioral Health Provider will also provide clinical support including consultation, assessment, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention as needed for children from birth – 18 years old.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling working towards licensure hours (LSW, LPC candidates – this is an opportunity for clinical and reflective supervision)
- Bilingual in English / Spanish.
- Specific expertise in infant/early childhood development, assessment, and treatment.
- At least one year of direct clinical experience as an intern; experience working in a medical setting is preferred.
- Working knowledge of DSM-V and diagnostic criteria.
