Job Summary:
Every Child's Hope is looking for a qualified Youth Care Specialist - This person provides behavioral intervention, overall supervision, and assists in carrying out the service plan for children and youth who live in a group setting in a residential treatment program
- Provide overall supervision and accountability of youth
- Ensure safety of all children and youth
- Demonstration of active participant of the treatment team
- Provide on-going assistance to children and youth
- Provide life skills instruction to youth
- Ensure buildings and vehicles are clean and well maintained
- Ensure communication of information between the unit and the treatment team
- Demonstration of professionalism

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: From $16.47 per hour
