The Chief Medical Officer at Every Cure will provide strategic vision and operational oversight for the organization’s medical function, ensuring the advancement of our mission to repurpose existing, FDA-approved drugs for diseases with significant unmet needs. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will drive the selection and advancement of a portfolio of drug repurposing opportunities through preclinical testing, clinical trials, and dissemination to patients. This leader will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across disease areas and therapeutic modalities, balancing resource allocation, managing risk, and optimizing outcomes to maximize patient impact. The CMO will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Every Cure’s AI platform and support predictive scoring methodologies. With expertise in clinical development and biomedical research, the CMO will serve as a public representative of Every Cure, driving impactful partnerships and promoting our work to external stakeholders.

10 years in clinical research and clinical development portfolio management, with a proven track record of advancing drugs to clinical trials.
Deep knowledge of clinical trial design, preclinical research, and evidence generation.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
Compensation & Benefits -
This role is based in Boston, MA or Philadelphia, PA with an expectation of minimum 3 days per week in office.
